This place is so perfect and lovely. There is a park across the street, a store 2 blocks up and the Brooklyn Museum is a 10 minute walk. I felt safe walking the streets and the neighborhood is very clean with the nicest folks. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. I felt right at home. It smelled wonderful and was sparkling clean. This will be my new place to stay when I come to NYC!! I hate to share how much I loved my stay because I want to keep it to myself but its too awesome not to tell everyone.

Overall our stay was a positive one. The apartment is just as it is described, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and safe. The only thing is that it was a bit of a hassle to get to/from Manhattan, which was our top priority during this trip. The weather was cold and drizzly so the walk to/from the train station was a burden and it was longer than 25 minutes to get to the city. Rohan was kind and accommodating even with our late arrival.

Rohan very helpful when contacted. Due to the snow and extreme cold we did not meet in person but our phone contact worked great. The studio was exactly as on the photos. It was a nice space with a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. The studio is in an interesting neighbourhood with good access to different subway lines ( 15 min walk). The neighbourhood felt safe to walk even late at night. We would definitely stay there again. I have already recommended it to a friend!

Excellent apartment, clean, quiet and welcoming, plus it was great to have the green grass of the park on the other side of the road as an outlook. Accessible from several subway stops and easy journey to get to and from Manhatten. Rohan was easily accessible by phone to answer any questions in a professional and friendly manner. One suggestion would be to have a small quantity of coffee/tea, milk/sugar provided in the apartment for new arrivals.

Très bel appartement, bien placé et super confortable. Le stationnement gratuit est vraiment un plus, métro accessible à pied et beaucoup de commerce dans le coin. Plusieurs restaurants sympa notamment Alice's Arbor sur Classon Ave, Bedford.

We spent more than a week in Rohan's appartment in Brooklyn and had a very good time. The little flat is very clean and cosy. It is pleasant to come back to this flat after spending the day in busy Manhattan. The bow window looks out on Brower Park, a little park where the neighboours go strolling, play soccer and basket ball and where there is a children's playground. Shops and metrostation are nearby (five minutes walking). The neighborhood by the shops looks a bit rough but we never felt unsafe. Rohan is the perfect landlord, helpful and discreet and very reliable. We were very satisfied and had a wonderful time exploring this great city.
