Location to stay after we cancel our reservation because the property did not match the description. We made a reservation at Rohan's property for the same day and he replied by asking us for a few hours just to clean the property that had just been vacated. It was kind. The apartment is excellent, comfortable beds, blankets and pillows clean, very well located, has
Swimming pool, has hot tube. Near the whole food, close to Walmart, we would stay again, without
Doubting.

I was in town for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. Rohan’s condo was 7 minutes away and traffic was never an issue. The check-in process was super easy, the unit was spotless and even smelled freshly cleaned, the mattresses were very comfortable and you can’t beat the location of the condo. If a 6th star was available, I would give it!

This place is the best choice to stay at Orlando. 5 min away from Universal Studios and it has tons of restaurants and bars nearby.
It is super clean and it has everything you need to be comfortable. The hostess were very friendly and they always answered my questions super quick.

Rohan was extremely helpful and fast to respond to any questions we had

Comfortable ground floor apartment. The front room (which would have been the living room, back in the day) is huge and has a queen size bed and a jack-knife sofa which also would sleep two, plus a dresser, desk, credenza & wall-mounted tv. The middle room is a bedroom with a queen size bed & a wall-mounted tv. The kitchen is updated with lots of cabinets filled with dishes, small appliances, cutlery, and more. Nice stove, microwave & fridge. The back room is small and has a sofa & tv. It also has the entry door to the back outside space. The bath is also updated. It is roomy. What would have been a tub is now a full-size walk-in shower. Very nice. There are loads of closets throughout as well as a good supply of pillows, sheets and towels, although it could use a few extra blankets. We saw signs that the laundry room was in the basement. We never met Rohan, but he was readily available by phone. Uber-friendly area. Fairly close subway. Shops and restaurants only a few blocks away.

Location is excellent across from public park. Convenient to subway walking distance to restaurant

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice view from the balcony. I had a great stay!

This was a great space and only walking distance from the Lake & pool. Would recommend!!

Very nice place and worth every penny and Value for money.

What a great location, used the trolley that was up the street. Very spacious. Easy check-in and out. Pillows could be softer and more drawer space. Would recommend and stay again. Exercise room was a plus.
